Stored XSS via unsanitized countdown redirect
Published Jan 8, 2026 · Updated Jan 8, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in Jeg Kit for Elementor 3.0.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject JavaScript. The countdown widget accepts a contributor-controlled redirect value without sufficient sanitization and stores it in page content that later executes in viewers' browsers. Contributor-level access is required, and code runs when an administrator or another user views the malicious countdown element.
