Unauthenticated Jira request forgery via user ID spoofing

Authentication bypass in Mattermost with Jira plugin 4.4.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to send authenticated Jira requests. The Jira post-action handlers trusted the user ID supplied in JSON payloads instead of the authenticated request header and accepted issue keys as unrestricted paths. Exploitation requires the plugin to be enabled and knowledge of a valid user ID, letting the attacker act through the spoofed user's Jira connection.
