Order redirection via unchecked WhatsApp number writes
Published Feb 19, 2026 · Updated Feb 19, 2026
Missing authorization in Walter Pinem OneClick Chat to Order 1.0.9 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to rewrite WhatsApp numbers. The wa_order_number_save_number_field save_post callback accepts submitted number fields without checking the manage_options capability or validating its nonce. Editor-level access is sufficient to replace stored routing numbers, redirecting customer order details and messages to an attacker-controlled WhatsApp account.
