Authenticated FTP service crash via STAT integer overflow

Integer overflow in vsftpd on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8, 9, and 10 allows remote authenticated users to crash the FTP service via STAT. The downstream square-bracket support patch wraps an integer while parsing a crafted byte sequence in an ls command parameter. A valid FTP login and network access to vsftpd are required; exploitation interrupts the FTP service without reported data disclosure or modification.
