Unauthenticated code execution via XPS font overflow

Buffer overflow in Canon printer firmware 06.02 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted XPS file. The XPS font fpgm data processor writes past a buffer boundary when handling attacker-controlled font-program data. No authentication or user interaction is required; network access to the printer is sufficient, and exploitation can also leave the device unresponsive.
