Unauthenticated SQL injection via unsanitized ID parameter
Published Dec 8, 2025 · Updated Dec 8, 2025
SQL injection in Code Projects Currency Exchange System 1.0 allows remote attackers to manipulate database queries through an ID parameter. The /viewserial.php handler directly concatenates the GET id value into an SQL query without validation, sanitization, or parameter binding. No authentication or user interaction is required, and demonstrated boolean-, error-, time-, and UNION-based requests allow database reads and changes within the application's database privileges.
