Unauthorized database access via POST id injection
Published Dec 8, 2025 · Updated Dec 8, 2025
SQL injection in itsourcecode.com Student Information System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to access and alter database data. The section_edit1.php handler places the POST id parameter into a MySQL query without sanitization or validation, enabling boolean-, error-, and time-based injection. A valid session cookie is required; successful exploitation permits unauthorized database reads and writes and service interruption.
