CVE-2025-1421

Command execution via unneutralized CSV formulas

Published May 21, 2025 · Updated May 21, 2025

CSV formula injection in Konsola Proget MDM before 2.17.5 allows attackers to execute commands when a privileged user opens an exported CSV file. The activation endpoint stores device-supplied request fields in the database and exports them to CSV without neutralizing spreadsheet formula prefixes. Exploitation requires high privileges and active spreadsheet interaction; successful formulas can compromise the workstation that opens the export.
