Stored XSS via unsanitized activationMessage field
Published May 21, 2025 · Updated May 21, 2025
Stored XSS in Konsola Proget before 2.17.5 allows remote authenticated users to run scripts through the activationMessage field. The console stores activationMessage input without proper sanitization and later renders it in a web page. High-privileged access is required, and viewing the stored content executes the injected script in another user's browser context.
