Authenticated code execution via unrestricted PHP upload
Published Dec 7, 2025 · Updated Feb 24, 2026
Unrestricted file upload in Employee Profile Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code via per_file. add_file_query.php derives a web-root path from the supplied filename and calls move_uploaded_file without extension, MIME, or content validation. Exploitation requires access to the Add File function and a valid personnel identifier, while code execution requires PHP handling in the uploads directory.
