Authenticated path traversal via upload File argument

Path traversal in Sobey Media Convergence System 2.0 and 2.1 allows remote authenticated users to cross directory boundaries via the File argument. The /sobey-mchEditor/watermark/upload endpoint accepts an attacker-controlled File value without limiting the resulting pathname to its intended directory. A low-privilege account is sufficient, and the public record does not specify which filesystem operations are possible beyond directory traversal.
