Unauthenticated settings deletion via unchecked logout action
Published Jan 14, 2026 · Updated Jan 14, 2026
Missing authorization in Perfit WooCommerce 1.0.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to delete arbitrary plugin settings. The admin_init-hooked actions() dispatcher accepts an attacker-controlled action parameter and invokes logout() without an authorization check, allowing the routine to remove stored configuration. No authentication or user interaction is required; the documented impact is limited to loss of plugin-setting integrity.
