Template creation via missing nonce validation
Published Dec 23, 2025 · Updated Dec 23, 2025
Cross-site request forgery in Leap13 Premium Addons for Elementor 4.11.53 and earlier allows remote attackers to create Elementor templates. The premium_inner_template AJAX action invokes insert_inner_template, accepts a template identifier without nonce validation, fetches its content, and publishes it through wp_insert_post. The forged request succeeds only in the authenticated browser of a user with edit_posts capability, resulting in unauthorized published template entries.
