Reflected XSS via unescaped PHP_SELF form action
Published Dec 12, 2025 · Updated Dec 12, 2025
Reflected XSS in wpletsgo WPLG Default Mail From 1.0.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject scripts through crafted URLs. The plugin writes the request-controlled $_SERVER['PHP_SELF'] value into an HTML form action without sanitizing or escaping it. Execution requires a victim to open the crafted link, after which the injected script runs in that user's WordPress browser context and can read or modify page data.
