Local compromise via hard-coded deployment credential

Hard-coded credentials in IBM Sterling Connect:Direct for UNIX Container allow local users to compromise protected operations. Standard User Mode embeds one fixed credential instead of generating a unique credential during container initialization. Affected releases are 6.3.0.0 through 6.3.0.6 Interim Fix 016 and 6.4.0.0 through 6.4.0.3 Interim Fix 019; Standard User Mode and local access are required, and protected uses include inbound authentication, external communication, and internal encryption.
