Process crash via 256-byte username heap overread

Heap buffer overread in util-linux before 2.41.3 allows local users to disclose memory or crash SUID password-database utilities. The setpwnam() function allocates a 256-byte line buffer, then reads linebuf[256] when a username is exactly 256 bytes long. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and a SUID login-utils program that writes the password database; impact is limited to memory disclosure or a process crash.
