Stored XSS via unescaped locale attribute

Stored XSS in Tasty Plugins Pie Calendar 1.2.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in visitors' browsers. The piecal shortcode inserts its user-supplied locale attribute into calendar output without sufficient sanitization and attribute escaping. Contributor-level access is required to save the crafted shortcode, and execution occurs when another user opens the affected page.
