Authenticated account takeover via unchecked load permissions

Improper authorization in JEPaaS 7.2.0 through 7.2.8 allows remote authenticated users to take over accounts through /je/load. The endpoint accepts a low-privilege Authorization token without enforcing function permissions and returns phone numbers with dynamic verification codes. A valid low-privilege account is required; the exposed number-code pairs permit login as other users and access to their privileges.
