Authenticated role metadata disclosure via scope-confused policy evaluation

Improper access control in Red Hat build of Keycloak before 26.4.11 allows remote authenticated users to read sensitive role metadata. Partial authorization evaluation treated group VIEW_MEMBERS and general VIEW scopes alike, allowing role_query-groups to satisfy the realm-role listing check. The caller must hold role_query-groups; exposure is limited to role names, IDs, composite status, and container identifiers, without detail access or configuration changes.
