Unauthenticated order-status manipulation via permissive webhook callback

Missing authorization in PAYGENT for WooCommerce 2.4.6 and earlier allows remote attackers to modify WooCommerce order statuses. The /wp-json/paygent/v1/check/ REST route invokes paygent_check_webhook while paygent_permission_callback returns true unconditionally instead of authenticating the payment notification. No credentials or user interaction are required; a forged callback can change an order's recorded payment state, but the published impact is limited to integrity.
