Private-post disclosure via unchecked duplication
Published Dec 12, 2025 · Updated Dec 12, 2025
Missing authorization in add-ons.org PDF for Contact Form 7 plugin 6.3.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to duplicate arbitrary posts. The rednumber_duplicate function duplicates a requested WordPress post without checking whether the caller has permission to access or copy it. Subscriber-level access is sufficient to create copies of private and password-protected posts, exposing their content.
