Stored XSS via unescaped npc shortcode attributes

Stored XSS in Newpost Catch 1.3.19 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through npc shortcode attributes. The npc shortcode renderer places user-controlled attribute values into generated page markup without sufficient input sanitization or output escaping. Contributor-level access is required to store a payload, which executes in the browsers of users who visit the affected page.
