Stored XSS via unescaped shortcode styling attributes
Published Dec 21, 2025 · Updated Dec 21, 2025
Stored XSS in HasThemes WC Builder 1.2.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through shortcode styling attributes. The wpbforwpbakery_product_additional_information shortcode renders heading_color and other styling values into page output without sufficient input sanitization or output escaping. Shop Manager-level access or higher is required, and the stored script executes when a user visits the injected page, allowing browser-context data access and page modification.
