Subscriber-level ticket deletion via missing capability checks
Published Jan 6, 2026 · Updated Jan 6, 2026
Missing authorization in ilGhera Support System for WooCommerce 1.2.6 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to delete or alter tickets. The delete_single_ticket_callback and change_ticket_status_callback AJAX handlers act on supplied ticket identifiers without checking the caller's capabilities. Subscriber-level access is sufficient to delete arbitrary support tickets or change their status, causing loss or corruption of ticket data.
