Unauthenticated ticket disclosure via missing ownership check
Published May 13, 2026 · Updated May 13, 2026
Information disclosure in ilGhera Support System for WooCommerce 1.3.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to read support tickets. The unauthenticated get_ticket_content_callback AJAX handler accepts a caller-supplied ticket ID and returns the corresponding ticket content without verifying ticket ownership or access capability. Any remote requester who can identify or enumerate a ticket ID can expose sensitive customer information and private communications; no data modification or service interruption is reported.
