CVE-2025-14020Network attack vector

Phishing via missing restored security Toast

Published Dec 15, 2025 · Updated Dec 15, 2025

UI spoofing in LINE for Android before 14.20 allows remote attackers to impersonate trusted interfaces and conduct phishing. The in-app browser shows a full-screen security Toast but fails to display it again after the user switches to another application and returns. Exploitation requires user interaction with attacker-controlled content and an app-switching sequence; the bounded impact is deceptive presentation and associated phishing.
