Stored XSS via unescaped shortcode attributes

Stored XSS in StellarWP Restrict Content 3.2.15 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through shortcode attributes. The register_form and restrict shortcode handlers accept user-supplied attributes without sufficient sanitization and place them into generated page markup without adequate output escaping. Contributor-level access is required to save the payload, which runs in a visitor's browser whenever the injected page is opened.
