Reflected XSS via unescaped PHP_SELF path

Reflected XSS in 评论小秘书 1.3.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute scripts in a victim's browser through a crafted URL. The plugin's settings page writes the request-derived $_SERVER['PHP_SELF'] value into HTML without sufficient sanitization or output escaping. Execution requires a user to follow the attacker-supplied link, after which the injected script runs in the settings-page security context.
