Forced logout via unprotected confirmation route

CSRF in Drupal Login Time Restriction before 1.0.3 allows remote attackers to force a logged-in user's logout via a crafted request. The confirmation-route definitions omit sufficient CSRF protection, so the logout confirmation handler accepts a cross-site request without intentional confirmation. A logged-in user must visit attacker-controlled content, and the bounded consequence is termination of that user's Drupal session.
