Hard-coded credentials in Schneider Electric EcoStruxure IT Data Center Expert 9.0 and earlier allow remote authenticated users to execute code. The PostgreSQL service on TCP port 5432 uses hard-coded credentials that grant code execution in the service account context. Exploitation requires administrator and PostgreSQL credentials plus the SOCKS Proxy feature, which is disabled by default; compromise can expose system data and disrupt operations.
