CVE-2025-1391Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Unauthorized access via domain-derived organization claims

Published Feb 17, 2025 · Updated May 6, 2026

Improper authorization in Keycloak 26.0.0 through 26.0.9 allows remote authenticated users to gain access through false organization claims. The organization membership mapper derives the token claim from a matching username or email domain even when the subject has no membership in that organization. Exploitation requires an organization-enabled realm, an applicable client scope, and a matching account identifier; impact occurs only when a relying application authorizes access from the claim.
