Contributor-level stored XSS via unescaped shortcode attribute

Stored XSS in Nearby Now Reviews and Audio Testimonials 5.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject web scripts. The nn-tech shortcode emits its data_tech attribute into generated page markup without sufficient sanitization or output escaping. Contributor-level access is sufficient, and the stored script executes in each visitor's browser whenever the affected page is opened.
