Authenticated code execution via unrestricted media upload
Published Dec 2, 2025 · Updated Dec 2, 2025
Unrestricted file upload in Mautic before 4.4.18, 5.2.9, or 6.0.7 allows remote authenticated users to execute code. The GrapesJS Builder upload path accepts arbitrary file types without restricting dangerous extensions; the vendor has not identified the specific handler. Code execution requires low-privileged access, active interaction by another user, and a media directory configured to execute uploaded files.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
