Unauthenticated file disclosure via unrestricted URL fetching

Server-side request forgery in moxi624 Mogu Blog v2 5.0 through 5.2 allows remote attackers to read server files via uploadPicsByUrl. LocalFileServiceImpl.uploadPictureByUrl constructs new URL(itemUrl) and opens its stream without protocol, host, or path restrictions, then saves fetched content under a publicly reachable static path. The endpoint permits unauthenticated access, accepts nonempty unverified user identifiers and caller-supplied configuration, and exposes internal-service responses or local files.
