Unauthorized data modification via disabled CSRF protection

Cross-site request forgery in Scada-LTS 2.7.8.0 through 2.7.8.1 allows remote attackers to modify application data via a crafted webpage. WebContent/WEB-INF/spring-security.xml disables CSRF protection in every HTTP block, so session cookies authorize untrusted POST, PUT, and DELETE requests. A victim must remain authenticated and visit attacker-controlled content; reachable actions can create, alter, or delete watch lists, reports, and settings.
