Authenticated arbitrary file deletion via unchecked fileID

Improper authorization in ZenTao 21.7.6-8564 allows remote authenticated users to delete other users' attachments through fileID. The file::delete method in module/file/control.php accepts a user-controlled fileID, then removes the database record and physical file without checking object access or ownership. An account with file-delete permission and knowledge of another attachment's identifier can destroy that attachment and its audit context.
