Authorization bypass in WebITR 2_1_0_33 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to log in as any selected user. TWCERT/CC identifies a modifiable parameter but does not disclose its name or the authentication-flow operation that fails to bind it to the current user. Exploitation requires a valid account and a target user ID, after which the attacker gains that user's application access.
