Update notification tampering via missing nonce validation

CSRF in Creativemotion Clearfy Cache 2.4.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to disable update notifications through forged requests. The wbcr_upm_change_flag function changes the plugin or theme update-notification flag without validating a WordPress nonce. Exploitation requires a logged-in site administrator to follow an attacker-controlled link or otherwise submit the request, and the bounded consequence is suppressed update visibility rather than code execution.
