Authenticated email disclosure via unchecked getAuthors endpoint

Missing authorization in PublishPress Future 4.9.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read WordPress user email addresses. The getAuthors REST handler returns email fields for accounts selected by edit_posts without a requester capability check. Contributor-level access is sufficient; the reported consequence is disclosure of those email addresses, with no write or service-interruption impact.
