Stored XSS via unescaped shortcode authentication URL

Stored XSS in Jonathan Daggerhart OpenID Connect Generic Client 3.10.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts. The openid_connect_generic_auth_url callback accepts attacker-controlled endpoint_login and other shortcode attributes, interpolates them into an authentication URL, and returns that URL without output escaping. Contributor-level access is sufficient to store the shortcode in a post; rendering that post executes the injected script in a visitor's browser.
