Local process crash via missing sample-table check

Null pointer dereference in FFmpeg's MOV parser development code allows local users to crash a process with a crafted MOV file. The mov_read_trak function treated a nonzero stts_count as proof that time-to-sample data existed, without also requiring tts_count before later data use. Exploitation requires local processing of the crafted file, and FFmpeg states that no released version was affected, disputing the reported 7.0 and 7.1 applicability.
