Local utility crash via unnamed ELF section

NULL-pointer dereference in eu-readelf 0.192 allows local users to crash the utility by inspecting a crafted ELF file with -z and -x or -p. dump_data_section and print_string_section call startswith on a null section-name pointer while checking whether an unnamed section uses the .zdebug prefix. The crash requires local invocation against a corrupted ELF file with decompression and dump options, and upstream classifies the behavior as a normal utility bug rather than a security issue.
