Administrator account changes via unprotected user-management POST

Cross-site request forgery in OpenText Web Site Management Server 16.7.0 and 16.7.1 allows attackers to alter administrator-managed user accounts. The ioDialog2210.asp user-management endpoint accepts cross-origin POST requests containing save actions and account fields without CSRF countermeasures. Exploitation requires an administrator with an active session to open attacker-controlled HTML, allowing account creation, modification, deletion, or password replacement.
