Settings modification via nonce-free query handling

Cross-site request forgery in Text, Inc. HelpDesk.com Contact Form 1.1.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter plugin settings. The handle_query_args() function accepts forged query arguments without valid nonce verification and updates the stored license ID and contact form ID. Exploitation requires an authenticated site administrator to follow an attacker-controlled link or perform an equivalent forged action.
