Arbitrary file upload in WPChill Modula Image Gallery 2.13.1 through 2.13.2 allows remote authenticated users to write server files via ZIP import. The ajax_unzip_file handler extracts archive contents before enforcing allowed file types, leaving dangerous files reachable during a race window. Author-level access is required; winning the race permits execution of uploaded PHP in the web server context.
