Unauthenticated counter tampering via public REST routes

Missing authorization in Roxnor Wp Social Login and Register Social Counter 3.1.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter cached counts. Three wslu/v1 REST routes use __return_true permission callbacks, while their handlers clear or overwrite cache data without capability or nonce checks. No account is required, and crafted requests can make public widgets display attacker-selected follower counts or disrupt counter output.
