Agent identity takeover via duplicate UUID registration

Identity takeover in the Keylime registrar on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 and 10 allows remote authenticated users to impersonate agents. The registrar accepts a duplicate agent UUID from a different TPM without comparing its endorsement-key certificate with the stored certificate, then replaces the existing registration. Registrar enrollment access and control of another TPM are required; the attacker can assume the agent identity and undermine attestation-based security decisions.
