Missing authentication in D-Link DCS-F5614-L1 1.03.038 and earlier allows remote attackers to read configuration data and account credentials. The camera's configuration export endpoint serves settings without verifying a logged-in session, and the exported file includes usernames and passwords. Network access to the vulnerable URL is sufficient; no authentication or user interaction is required, and disclosed credentials enable further device access.
