Heap overwrite via escaped-length integer overflow

Heap-based buffer overflow in GLib before 2.86.3 allows local users to corrupt memory through a string containing many escapable characters. g_escape_uri_string calculates the escaped output size in a bounded integer; enough rejected bytes wrap that size before allocation, and escaping then writes past the heap buffer. Reachability requires a local code path that passes an extremely large attacker-controlled string to the routine; published impacts are memory corruption and process failure, with no demonstrated code execution.
