Unrestricted file upload in Code Projects Online Bidding System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to write arbitrary files via catimage. The categoryadd function in /administrator/addcategory.php accepts the catimage upload without enforcing a safe file type. Administrator access is required, and the upload permits unauthorized content placement; published evidence does not establish code execution.
